The M5 Build PromiseEvery class ends with a working checkpoint. Sponsored participants must activate before the first session, attend or complete the make-up path, and finish the six build outputs. Seats that are not activated by the deadline can be reassigned so sponsor funds are not wasted.

Business formation, legal, tax, regulated financial services, paid model usage, storage, compute, and third-party tools may carry separate fees. Those services should be clearly itemized and delivered by qualified providers where required.

No. The cohort is built for founders and operators. You work with real tools and structured files, but each session begins from the foundation and ends with a guided checkpoint.

The M5 I AM account is free. The M5 Private Office membership is $49 annually for direct members. The live cohort, mentoring, advanced launch support, paid compute, and specialist services are separate. A sponsored seat can cover the participant's tuition and multi-year Private Office membership.

A sponsor funds a defined program outcome. The participant completes M5 activation, signs the cohort commitment, and builds inside her own environment. The sponsor receives aggregate impact reporting, not access to her private records or business data.

Yes. You can connect what already works, organize your business knowledge and records, and create a phased plan for agents, workflows, tools, and the BankofBiz layer.

No. AI is one operating layer. The program also covers identity, records, business structure, projects, communications, studio, relationships, wallet and ledger organization, permissions, and launch strategy.

Every session is recorded. The cohort includes a structured make-up path and one build clinic so a participant can complete the required checkpoint rather than quietly falling behind.

Examples include activated accounts, attendance, six checkpoint completions, credentials, business launches, M5Agent progression, and optional follow-up outcomes. Reporting should be aggregated and consent-based.

You retain the business files, context, records, workflows, operating maps, and materials created in your own M5 environment, subject to the licensing terms of any third-party tools you choose to connect.
